Fantastic and real delicious. People were very nice. They always tried to understand English. That's why we didn't have troubles in communicating

Delicious traditional sushi place with fresh sushi. It's a little pricey (The set pictured below was 3100yen), but food was delicious and the chef was friendly. They gave us a few extra pieces because I could converse with them a little.

Fresh, delicious, in an old house that has been renovated into a restaurant, not far from the station.

The experience is nice and the ingredients are of high quality but the dishes are not done delicately and so it doesn't worth the high price and the long line outside in the cold.

Super fresh Sushi/sashimi accessible via back entrance of Daiwa Roynet hotel. No fishy smell as everything is so fresh. The few cooked dishes such as the scallops are must tries. Menu is in Japanese and staff doesn't speak much English. Used the pics on google maps reviews to order food.

Best sushi ever tasted. My wife is pregnant and they've adapted the menu specially for her. Lovely place. Awesome service. Don't miss this place in Aomori you won't regreat it!

Must place to visit if you cometo Aomori.No waiting time, reasonable and good service.They don't have English menu but you can take course menu(ranging ¥1,080~4650).

The material is fresh and very delicious.I ate for lunch at noon.Tuna, Button Shrimp, Sea Mussel, Sea Urchin, Flatfish, Squid ...Of course, the texture was great.It is a worthwhile shop to go to Aomori.The shop was clean and I enjoyed sushi in a calm atmosphere.

The food is delicious. However, there is a happening and I will give it the lowest rating. Mr. Ita rushed away from the kitchen and the rag flew over, covering the food. However, I didn't apologize or exchange food, so I quickly lowered it and pretended not to know. It is really a pity. I don't trust these stores.

Very popular sushi joint, so to avoid waiting, suggest coming around opening time. No doubt the sushi here is top notch, so it isn’t going to be a cheap meal. Grilled fish was very nice too but comes with a 20 mins wait. Very friendly service too. Overall, it is worth a special trip here if you are in Aomori city

Was really surprised by low quality of sushi. The restaurant sets high expectations and price is not cheap but even good kaiten sushi is more tasty.I evaluate the quality of sushi. It is very low. The fish itself is ok. Hotate, for example, is good, but Aomori is famous for hotate.Sushi execution is very poor. Would not recommend going here.

Order a special handful for a single serving at noon. Although it is not cheap, the quality is good for the price. A so-called local luxury store. Definitely a shop. Entertainment seems good. Sea urchins are locally produced only in summer, and the rest in Russia. There are days when Shirako and Ann liver are not stocked at any time. This is a good restaurant when you want to eat something you can pay for. It's worth it, but it's not a good deal. There were many people at 11am on weekdays. If you come to the store, you should make a reservation as soon as possible.

One of the best sushi I have ever eaten. The sea urchin (Uni) sushi was very very smooth and tasty, it didn’t have the salty sea water taste, it was actually a liitle sweet and very savoury. The herring roe sushi was also very interesting. A nice, quiet place, where I will return for sure when visiting Aomori again!

Delicious, fresh and affordable. Even two meals are really good value. Do not doubt, the highest point will not go to waste the stomach space.

I've live in Tokyo, and I can say this is the best sushi I've ever had. It's so fresh and they have high quality fish. The miso soup is likewise fresh and served piping hot. I got the 2nd most expensive set for ¥3100 which I thought was more than fair for the service, quality of food, and quantity.

Very nice experience- good sushi and nice service. Food is fresh n tasty. Menus in Japanese only but staff can help with a little English, but best is you can be adventurous or read some Japanese.

It is a sushi restaurant behind Roynett. It is delicious with good news.Cooked octopus, scallops and conger eel are especially recommended. As it was 12000 yen with wheat liquor, sake by two people, it is value.

Like Taiwan now only middle-aged shop will be visited, the local community of the old school who used to visit our store! From in-store atmosphere and guest judge appearance, this should be a relatively high-grade local shop, the store will not have material inside stunning, is the traditional cuisine, well-organized. Because away from the hotel Japan Roynet close, so I chose him. If you do not particularly want to eat what? So this one also, by eating it back to the hotel. The material is normal. The level of craftsman is low. It's useless as a sushi restaurant where the requested sushi doesn't come out right away.I thought that good material and craftsmen would gather in Tokyo. Even if I come to Aomori, I won't go next time.

It is a sushi shop that I can walk from Aomori station.The balance between neta and shari was good, and the freshness of the material was also good. Confucius was surprised. Really enjoyed my time at this place. Had a 10 sushi set for about 2500 yen plus drink. Fish had so good taste and was so tender. Recommend you to try to get a set at the counter.

Sushi was fresh! Great assortment as well. They don’t have an english menu but our waitress patiently translated the whole menu for us! Decent pricing and no wait time!

We waited to be sitted in this cozy sushi restaurant, eager to taste their delucacies.. but no luck!!Their menu us onky in Japanese and with only 3 photos. The staff does not speak Englush at all.We had to leave the place, being absolutely unable to order!!! Such a pity for them!! They lose pitential foreign clients. We went to Asuka sushi, which is 200 meters nearby, and they have English menu with all photos.

Went last night. I had sushi set for 3100yen. O.M.G the best I've had in japan past a month! I thought..a little pricey (AUD 40) but then I thought $40 will only give me a basic sushi set in Australia. Going back for a lunch for the last time! And nice staffs ;)

It's cheap for this shop. However, the sushi restaurant is a place where customers eat with their mood, and the taste varies depending on the region. It was a little boring for me because it was a standard sushi bar story.

Very nice quality food. I recommend the grilled fish which has very soft flesh and crispy skin.

Good value for money. Two people ordered a couple of extra omakase and sushi for 15,550 yen. It seems to be one of the most delicious sushi restaurants in Aomori. The other sushi restaurants were so bad that I visited again the next day.

Great place for sushi. Their fish is super fresh and the rice is cooked to perfection

The sushi was quite good. Thick cuts and fresh. The chutoro and scallops were outstanding. Not so sure about the hoki (shell fish). We got a private room on the 2nd floor which was good for the kids to run around. However towards the end we could smell the cigarette smoke coming in from the nearby tables. Expect to spend about ¥7000 per person for dinner.

The sushi and sashimi were very fresh and delicious, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it was all just a bit too engineered for the tourist market. It feels like exactly like the place that has hit top spot on Trip Advisor... they are making it really easy by providing a really limited menu. There were certainly lots of foreigners there when we went it.I discovered that I don't like kazunoko (herring roe) which is a delicacy in Japan, but to me it had something of a strange crunchy texture and taste. It's in all of the sushi sets, so there wasn't any escaping it.The uni (sea urchin) here is the best I've ever had.I would recommend it to a friend, but wish I'd had time to ask around for some more local recommendations.
